Return Policy for Purchases

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 calendar days on all items except custom products. Please contact us at cradesignsllc@yahoo.com to inform us that you want to return your product.

Product should be returned to us in either its original or secure packaging.  Your item must be unworn/unwashed.  Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will process your refund less shipping charges.  Defective merchandise will be replaced
